Didn't ride tonight and now I feel guilty as shit.
Thought I'd relax a few minutes on the couch before heading out.
Thats turned into a nap and afterwards I was still having a little nausea.
1 extra day of rest is probly good for me. I'd ridden 5 of the last 7 days.
I've officially set a goal for the SM100.
Under 12.5 hours.
I've got the fitness, training, and the bike for abuse the body will take from the descents and rocks.
What I don't have is the endurance to push the pace up a little from my finish in '09 on the flats and ascents.
I'm hoping that trying to lower my saddle on the singletrack climbs will keep me on the bike a little longer.
I keep thinking back to 09 and trying to figure out where I could have shaved time off.
Still more than 30 days to go.
