-2 nights on the trainer during the week.Bout 20 miles each night. I'm trying to get my average back up to where it was last year. Damn I'm outta shape.
-Saturday-almost nice enough to ride but still real wet on the trail. 4" of rain in the past 4 days will tend to do that. I Grab the ax and mini saw and walk the green/brown trail at Cedarville. Cleared alot of debris and got in 4 miles of hiking.
-Sunday-Daylite savings switch.
Morning ride with Barry,matt and Doc at Cedarville. My endurance sucks. I started out strong but after an hour I faded fast.
Things are looking up though. With the switch in the time I should be able to start riding after work, other than on the trainer.
I ended up replacing practically the whole drive train on the bike to fix the skipping.
New chain-skipped.
New cassette-still skipped (Ka-ching,Ka-ching. Yes evan with a discount)
New middle ring-Fixed it!
Weight-still the same.

I've been hooked on your blog since I saw it on Bob's ACL Board. I am glad your back. I always get concerned when I feel those pains in my knee. I hope everything works out for the best.
