I was really surprised by the articles I found below.
My understanding was that caffeine during exercise was bad.
I'm taking the articles as good news. I'm an avid coffee drinker.
5-6 cups a day.
I've long since become immune to its side effects.
Now I can start adding coffee to my waterbottle.
