I guess I can’t let it go by without evan mentioning it.
It was a year ago today that I went under the knife and had a torn ACL (anterior cruciate ligament) repaired.
It was the most serious medical procedure with the longest rehab I’ve ever been through.
6 weeks on crutches.
Off the dirt trails for 8 weeks.
Knee brace for 4 months plus.
One year after its holding up pretty good.
Ok.
On with life.
