Been over a week since I had little blunt of cigarette.
I don't feel any benefits.
Matter of fact, I've been feeling kind of congested lately.
I'm giving this till the race, if I make it that long.
I know the exact gas station I'm going to stop at to buy a pack after the race.
New incentive to improve my time, if I do, I get to smoke.

Hear it takes a few days to get all that shit you've been sucking down out. After that breathing is suppose to get better.
