New base time at the rose

I hit the Rose up for an afterwork loop.
I timed myself so I have a new time to work against.
57 minutes.
This includes the new reroute they just put in last week.
They don’t add that much distance but they’re still soft and spongy so they zap any speed you had going and getting a momentum going is impossible. Give them a few weeks.

I adjusted the saddle up for the ride.
Now its too high.
I was able to crank up a hill in a higher gear than I had before but didn’t feel as secure on the turns and logs.
I didn’t make one log that I made on the last ride.

When you adjust to the new body geometry, you'll get all that back and then some! Less stress on the knee with a higher saddle as well!
