Ok, I need to work on the quality and resizing of the pictures.
Can anybody tell me a good size that I should make them?
Last night was the first time I exercised for over an hour.
I’ve been on bike rides that have lasted 3-4 hours.
I’ve been in the gym for over the hour.
But last night I stayed on the eliptical for one hour and 15 seconds straight.
No high intensity stuff. Just spinning along while watching a movie.
The computer said 1350 calories burned.
Pretty good considering the other option of watching the same movie while sitting on the couch.
I think I’ll just keep trying to add minutes to my time each time.
Until spring gets here and I can spend the time back on the bike outside.
