I blew today ( or should I say sucked).
Found a 1/4 of an old cigarette in my ashtray this morning and sucked it down.
That was the last good sized butt I had left, I emptied the ashtray in the trash, just in case anyways.
No ride last night, I took care of a few things over my moms.
30 days till the race.
I'll do this 10 more times till the race but the mental plan so far....
go out half way hard and keep it up till I cant. Then rest.
I really should be doing more intervals.
