Can you believe that?
I caught a cold.
I'm hoping it'll be gone by the weekend.
No weigh-ins since the weekend. I'll check tonight.
I'm throwing some weight lifting back into the training mix.
The triceps were feeling a little worn down on the weekends ride so I decided to thow some high rep triceps exercises into the mix.
I'm doing about 50 rep sets on some low weight.
With the reps that high its gotta help endurance and keep the mass off.
I got a quick road ride in last night.
Sort of a mixed high intensity training.
Push it for a mile, go anerobic and than back off and rest for a mile.
The legs were feeling the burn.
