I've been trying to break below 50minute for a loop at Rosaryville forever.
Last week I came in at 49:37.
Thats OK, but I couldn't get real excited.
Last night, 46:25.
Now THAT made me happy.
I don't know how I'm going to do better than that.
I was busting ass big time.
On another note,
on the quest to increase my power to weight ratio.
Can't up the power?
Lower the weight.
Tonights weight, 231.
In comparison I was 245 in February, 240 about 2 weeks ago.
In the last 2 weeks I've been consiously cutting back on junk food.
My goal is 220.
The lightest I've ever been as an adult was 215 and everyone told me I looked like a stick.
